Now that the dust has settled and we are finally in our new home, I wanted to take a minute to thank you for all your efforts. I don't know what we would have done without you. Relocating to a new city is hard enough but accomplishing that task, long distance, is even harder.
From beginning to end, you catered to our every need. I commend you on your ability to discern what we were looking for in a home, when we were not quite sure, ourselves. You must have spent countless hours reviewing listings to come up with your choices. I sincerely appreciate the week you spent with me, in a car, driving from one end of Phoenix to the other to view homes. Your patience, commitment to finding the perfect house, and knowledge of the Phoenix area were not only helpful but terrific assets. In our discussions, I had explained that I needed to find a house by the end of that week and you made it happen.
Once we returned to Houston, we never had to call you for an update. You were always diligent in calling us weekly and sometimes daily, to keep us abreast of the progress. Your advice in negotiating the leaseback, filling out forms and deciphering the inspection was invaluable. My family recently moved here from out of state and we were fortunate to have Gary Tannenbaum as our Realtor. He listened to our needs, kept us informed of any changes and did what was necessary to have this transaction be completed.
Being from out of town, we were unable to look at houses whenever we wanted, yet Gary took the time to listen to our needs and compiled a list of homes for us to look at when we came to town. Upon our arrival in Scottsdale to look at homes, we were amazed at how all the houses Gary had previously selected fit precisely what we were looking for. He has a great knack for listening to his clients and then doing what is necessary for the client’s desires to be more than adequately met.
Not only was Gary able to listen to our needs and help us find the right home without us being in town, he also kept us aware of any and all changes that were occurring as we had our house inspected, a pool fence installed and various other items done to our house. Gary listened well and kept us informed, but perhaps the one item he did better than any other was making sure all of the pieces fell into place when they needed to fall into place. From finding the right mortgage company for us, taking care of various details concerning the closing of this home, to getting the locks re-keyed, he did everything in a very professional, efficient fashion.
